Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension (Via Vandana Yojana):

(A) Eligibility Criteria:

1. 60 years or more

2. Family members in the BPL list score 0 to 20

(B) Place of application: Concerned service center of the concerned district office, Jan Seva Kendra

(C) Documents to be attached with the application

1. Age certificate

2. BPL certificate

(D) Monthly Assistance: For the age group of 60 to 79 Rs. 500 / – and Rs. 1000 / – for more than 80 years in which Rs. 500 / – by the State Government

(E) Method of Assistance: Bymoneyorder. Option to receive financial assistance through post account or bank account pension D.B.T. Credit.

National Family Assistance Scheme – Sankatmochan (NFBS):

(A) Eligibility Criteria:

1. Family should be in BPL list

2. Natural or accidental death of the main income earner of the family.

3. The deceased man or woman must be over 18 years of age and under 60 years

4. Submission of application within 2 years of death

(B) Profit: Rs. 20,000 / – to the family.
